Redemption value

• Credit or non-receipt of Reward points on KrisFlyer SBI Card Apex may only be disputed within 6 months from the date of transaction.
• On voluntary closure, accumulated KrisFlyer miles can be redeemed within 30 days of closure, otherwise they lapse.
