The standard
Every confident public claim on this site — a benefit, fee, transfer ratio, eligibility rule, posting time, redemption rule — must satisfy all of the following before it appears:
- It originates from an official source: the card issuer's own published documentation, the partner airline or hotel's own published documentation, or a written confirmation from those institutions.
- An official source link and recorded verification datehave been captured: the source URL, the exact extracted claim, and the date the claim was verified.
- A human editorial reviewer has approved the source and extracted claim through LuxMilesClub's internal evidence-review workflow.
- The claim is officially verified or approved-fact-backedon the page that renders it.
What we explicitly do not do
- We do not cite third-party blogs, forum posts or aggregators as evidence for confident claims.
- We do not treat user submissions as verification. User submissions are a demand signal — they tell us which facts deserve verification effort, not what is true.
- We do not auto-approve facts. No scheduler, no model, no scraper can flip a fact to verified without a human editorial review.
- We do not publish redemption values, INR-per-point estimates, transfer bonuses, or "best for X" rankings unless the underlying inputs are themselves officially verified.
- We do not accept payment to alter a fact, hedge, or ranking.
How a claim becomes public
- A reviewer or signal identifies a fact worth verifying.
- The official source URL and exact extracted claim are recorded with a verification date.
- The claim is reviewed through LuxMilesClub's internal evidence-review queue.
- On approval, the fact is exposed via the verified-fact store.
- The public page renders the fact with a source trace and last-verified date.
What you see when a claim is not verified
Pages where official evidence does not yet exist are intentionally hedged, blocked, hidden from the public sitemap, or redirected to a verified hub. You will not see a confident transfer ratio, a confident INR value, or a confident "best card" recommendation unless that specific claim has cleared the workflow above.

If you spot a confident claim that is not source-traced, email editorial@luxmilesclub.com — we hedge or remove within 48 hours and rebuild only after the official source is captured.
