Independence
There is a strict firewall between our editorial decisions and any commercial partnerships. No advertiser, issuer, airline or hotel program reviews our content before publication. No partner can purchase a higher ranking.
Accuracy
Every benefit, fee, mile rate and partner relationship is verified against primary sources before publication. We re-verify on a rolling 90-day cadence and any time an issuer announces a change.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we say so. Corrections are published within 48 hours of verification, with a visible note explaining what changed and when.
Sourcing
We cite the original issuer, airline or hotel source whenever possible. Where we summarise community knowledge (e.g. sweet spots), we say so explicitly.
AI usage
We do not use AI to generate offers, deals or testimonials. AI is used internally for editorial assistance — summarisation, translation, drafting — and every AI-assisted piece is reviewed by a human editor before publication.
